Well located and renovated holiday apartment approx. 100 meters from the North Sea and child-friendly beach at Thyborøn. Perfect for several families, as the house consists of two apartments (67457 + 67458), who want to live separately, close to the sea, close to the many restaurants and sights that Thyborøn offers including a fantastic harbor environment. The bright kitchen is i.a. equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and microwave. In the living room there is a radio with CD player, flat screen TV with both German and Danish channels and free internet. The apartment sleeps in 1 room with double bed and 2 bunks and 2 beds on a sofa bed in the living room. There is a bathroom with shower and a bathing area. There is a communal washing machine, cleaning area for cleaning fish and a large freezer in the basement. Enclosed solarium / terrace with table and bench set and barbecue. The area also offers good fishing spots. Note: Electricity, water and heating are included in the rental price. Not for rent to youth groups.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
