We are a small family who live in the yellow farmhouse and take care of the garden, the fruit trees, and the old buildings. We moved to Bornholm because we love the island’s calm rhythm, open landscapes, and the feeling of space. Hosting guests has become a natural part of our daily life, and we enjoy meeting people from many countries. Guests often mention that we are easy to reach, quick to help, and respectful of privacy. We keep the apartments clean, practical, and comfortable, and we are happy to share tips about beaches, walks, local food, and hidden places on the island. When you stay with us, you are close to nature but still part of a lived in, friendly home.

Apple Blossom is our bright and welcoming self catering apartment that sleeps up to 4 persons. It is ideal for families, small groups, or business travellers. The room has a comfortable double bed, and there is also a separate compact Scandinavian-style sleeping alcove with an adult size bunk bed, as shown in the photos. A reserved parking bay is provided (first on the right), and a wood chip path leads to your private entrance. The apartment opens onto its own private deck, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day out. Inside, you’ll find a well equipped kitchenette with fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave, coffee filter machine, and induction cooking plate. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, toilet, and basin. The living area includes a dining table, blackout curtains, and a flat screen TV with Netflix, Apple TV, Danish/Swedish/German/Norwegian channels, Chromecast, and fast WiFi. We are popular with hikers and cyclists using nearby trails. Breakfast (114 DKK) and packed lunches (100 DKK) are available on request. The beach is 800 m away, Rønne is 8 km, and the airport is 2 km (please book taxis in advance). Guests enjoy free parking (not suitable for trucks/trailers), two bicycle sheds, free e bike charging, and the option to rent one of our standard bicycles (75 DKK/day).

Our home sits just outside the small coastal village of Arnager, one of Bornholm’s quietest and most charming corners. The area is surrounded by open fields, fresh sea air, and wide skies, creating a peaceful rural atmosphere while still being close to everything you need. The beach is about 1 km away, with the long harbour bridge and the coastal path offering easy walks along the shoreline. Rønne is only 8 km from the house, and Rønne Airport is just a few minutes away, making arrivals and departures simple. The neighbourhood is ideal for walking and cycling, with routes leading towards the coast, the cliffs at Stampen, and the forests south of Rønne. Arnager itself is friendly and low key, known for its small harbour, seafood smokehouse, and calm surroundings. From here, you have quick access to the rest of the island — beaches, nature trails, local food spots, and Bornholm’s main attractions are all within easy reach. A peaceful base with the island right at your doorstep.
