Hello and welcome, At this place guests always have our 1st floor to themselves. First floor in Danish means that you have to climb stairs to get there. There are 3 bedrooms and a small livingroom (with sofa and coffee table, desk, a large refrigerator with small freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, cupboard with cups, cutlery, plates, etc. Our guests do not have access to a real kitchen ! ). There is a separate bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Most of the rooms have a view of the rural surroundings. In two of the rooms there are a regular dobbelbed with a good mattress. In the third bedroom there is a double futon bed + an old-fashioned bed measuring 180 x 80 cm. In addition, we have a lovely wild garden (We don't spend time removing weeds) with a large table by the small greenhouse, where I am making an outdoor kitchen - it is not finished yet!. Our guests get good beds, peace and quiet and beautiful rural surroundings. You can hear the rooster crowing, birds chirping and see a fantastic starry sky. 150 m from the house is a small grocery store and a bus stop. The bus stop is called: Tranderup Købmand. Breakfast is not included and must be ordered separately 4 days prior to arrival 🙏 Looking forward to welcome you ☀️

Hi, I am originally from Aarhus in Jutland. I have lived in Copenhagen for 25 years. In Cph I got my degree at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. I moved to Ærø 4 years ago to give my daughter a wonderful upbringing. We really like it here.

We live a short walk from beautiful Voderup Klint and the local free bus takes you around to the island's other attractions. There is a large football pitch and a playground 100 meters from our house. It takes 10 minutes to cycle to the beach, for example at Borgnæs. And 7 minutes to drive to Ærøskøbing by car or bus. It will probably take 30 to 45 minutes to cycle to Ærøskøbing. Nature is the biggest attraction here. It is very quiet and peaceful here. You can hear a rooster crowing and birds singing. You can leave your bike unlocked.
