The vibe of this home is unique in itself. Some of the furniture has passed down a few generations, while the bed, dining table, airfryer, etc. is new. The guest house contains one bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. All of wich are private. You will be equipped with your own key to the place, and you are welcome to stay at our shared outside area as you wish. The terrace area is big, where you can make a bonfire, turn up the grill, play some table tennis or eat apples from our apple trees (seasonal). The guest house itself is located behind the house we live in. If you want, we are up for socializing on occasion, depending on plans. Otherwise you won't notice us during your stay, since the guest house is isolated and we respect your privacy.
I love people and I am always in such a great mood, every time I check a guest in. I work in a warehouse, and in my spare time I make music, watch good movies or tend to my garden during summertime.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I grew up on this property, and I now live here with my husband. If you walk about 10 minutes west you arrive at one of the biggest parks Aalborg has to offer: Golfparken. At this park you find different paths leading to forest, open space, an Observatory, playgrounds and you can also golf. The area we are located in is called Vejgaard. If you walk/take the bus to the center of Vejgaard, you find different local stores and vibrant life. Here you can visit the local library, bakery, café or one of our local bars. Midtown is a short 15 minute bus ride from our street. Walking to the bus takes 1-5 minutes depending on wich bus you prefer.
