This cosy 70 m² holiday home with whirlpool and sauna is located in the scenic Lodbjerg-Hede area, just a stone's throw from the Lodbjerg Hede Ørredsø fishing lake. The Holmland Klit Golf Club with 18 holes and a café is just under 1.5 km from the house. Large windows that let in plenty of daylight create a bright and inviting atmosphere. The interior of the house is completely clad in natural wood, and the dining area offers a fantastic view of the West Jutland countryside. The open-plan living/dining area with a wood-burning stove invites you to linger and enjoy a convivial evening, and flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen. This is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pad machine and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment. Preparing your meals here is a breeze. The holiday home has two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and wardrobes for plenty of storage space. There are 2 additional sleeping places in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and a whirlpool (not yet installed in the pictures) as well as a sauna – ideal for relaxing after an active day at the fishing lake 200 metres away or the golf course 800 metres away. Relax after a sauna session outside on the sun loungers on the large south-facing terrace, or barbecue your own catch and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine and friends. Here you can admire both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful view over the small heathland behind the house to the dunes, behind which the North Sea with its wide sandy beach awaits you. Søndervig, with its many shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafés and clothing shops, is only 4 km away. 4-6 people can relax here with a pet.
