Built in 1978 and recently renovated, it offers 101 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 6 people and 2 pets for a holiday or a long weekend. The house extends over two floors, is completely renovated, inviting and cosy. There are three bright bedrooms with double beds, two of which are located on the upper floor. The seamless living room and kitchen area creates an open atmosphere and invites you to relax on the comfortable sofas after a long day in the city or at the fjord. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the comforts you need, and a large freestanding refrigerator completes the picture. The bright bathroom with shower houses the washing machine and dryer. There is also a recreation room with a pool table, table football and other games, providing entertainment for children and adults alike. The central location in Ringkøbing means that you can walk to cafés, specialist shops and the lively weekly market, where you can experience the town, sample local specialities and stroll along the fjord. Ringkøbing is one of Denmark's oldest merchant towns, which is reflected in its cobbled streets, well-preserved buildings and unique character. A popular meeting place for sailors and anglers is the cosy and historic fjord harbour, which is a must-see.
