The property is in the middle of a small village environment, with a view of a small adorable church. The bungalow is located by itself, in a huge fruit and berry garden of 6000m2. You are very welcome to taste the fruits in the garden. The bungalow is designed so it has its own small kitchen for the cold cooking, double bed, clothes rack, private bathroom and with its own wooden terrace.

The property is a part of an old town village environment, the old adorable church is preserved, and from one place in the garden, you will be able to see it. There are still, a couple of times a year, activity in the little church, especially at Christmas. Not far from the property, you will find the small villages Kettinge and Nysted. Some very nostalgic villages with restaurants, supermarkets, a beach and attractions like sealsafari in the summer. The property is centrally placed between the larger cities Nykøbing F, Sakskøbing and Maribo, cities that offers cafes, restaurants, shopping and attractions. Nykøbing F also has a local Zoo and a cinema. If you like art, we will recommend Fuglsang Art Museum, in a distance of 9 km of the property. The art museums history goes back to 1890 in Maribo, and in 2008, the museum moved to the new locations at Fuglsang.
