Located in scenic surroundings, the house is ideally equipped for a relaxing getaway, featuring a bright living room with a TV and Chromecast for easy streaming. With three well-furnished bedrooms and a modern bathroom, the home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The updated kitchen features high-quality appliances, including an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, and a freezer (100?139 l). For added comfort and ease, the stay is all-inclusive regarding utilities, meaning electricity, water, and high-speed internet (min. 50 Mbit) are all included in the rental price. Arrival is hassle-free thanks to the Smart Lock key box system. Outside, you can enjoy the 255 m² natural plot from the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal grill for summer evenings. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
