Property info

This cottage is a good choice if you are looking for a spacious cottage with a nice atmosphere. The cottage is located in a lovely garden with trees and shrubs, where there is also a small gazebo. The house is furnished with two good bedrooms and an open kitchen in connection with the large living room. The house is continuously renovated and appears bright. There is a large terrace where the sun can be enjoyed or a good barbecue evening. There is sandbox. In the cottage area there is a large communal outdoor pool, which is open in the period May to September, there is also a really large and nice playground for both large and small. There is fishing rights to the nearby Gudenå, but remember to buy the required fishing license. Not for rent to youth groups. Teglgårdsparken: The swimming pool is now open, however, the changing rooms and shower facilities cannot be used due to Corona rules. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancelations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
