Property info

High-rise cottage with wilderness bath, whirlpool and sauna as well as various activities and plenty of space to frolic. The house is located high in one of the east coast's most beautiful holiday home areas, so you have a view of the Little Belt. In the separate activity room you can spend many hours. After an active day, you can relax in the wilderness bath outside or in the hot tub or sauna inside. The house is newly built for the summer of 2018, so you can enjoy the new, beautiful architect-designed house with sloping ceilings and large windows, which makes the house very bright. The house is furnished with bedrooms in each corner of the world of the house, which makes the interior of the house with the four bedrooms and loft optimal for two or more families. With its 158 m2, the house is very spacious, which the separate kitchen / dining room / living room and the separate activity room certainly support. The house is surrounded by terraces on three sides of the house, and there is also a 16 m2 covered terrace, so no matter where the wind may come from, you can find shelter and a sun corner all day long to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Should you after a dip in the beach's lovely water feel like a rinse, this can be done under the house's outdoor shower with cold and hot water (NB! Closed during the winter period). Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
