Property info

Holiday home with water views over the Baltic Sea at the entrance to Nysted and approx. 250 meters to the coast and the sandy beach with jetty. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool and access to the sauna. There are all the modern kitchen utensils that are needed in a modern kitchen. Modern furnishings. Open terrace where you can sunbathe and a covered terrace where you can enjoy the long evenings with barbecue. There is a wood burning stove and air / air heat pump in addition there is free internet connection with up to 20 MB speed and of course unlimited download. There are stairwells on the loft as well as a cot and high chair. On the plot, do not keep vans or caravans or other tall cars that can take the view from the neighbors to the water view, but there are many parking spaces close to the house. There are connectors for charging an electric car. In the city there are several restaurants, one of which is located approx. 300 m from the beach and the house. The city also has many good shopping opportunities. Worth a visit is Knuthenborg Park & amp; Safari, which is located approx. 1/2 hour drive from the house, as well as Maribo Golf Course. Also visit Fuglsang Art Museum located between Nykøbing Falster and Nysted. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
