Quiet, safe, with many opportunities FINAL CLEANING - refundable deposit: At the end of the lease, the tenant must leave the house in a tidy and clean condition - a checklist for final cleaning is available at the accommodation. Regular final cleaning can be purchased for DKK 450-650. A deposit of DKK 450-650 is required upon arrival for the final cleaning. This deposit is fully refundable to the tenant on departure or by account transfer when cleanup / cleaning is approved. In addition, electricity is paid with DKK 50 per night up to 10 kWh, more consumption is settled with DKK 5 per kWh

The Campsite is located in beautiful nature and within walking distance to 3 large plantations with many opportunities for cycling and walking there are opportunities for fishing in the small river Holme Å only 50 m from the house or in the surrounding fishing lakes. 35 km from the Campsite, you find Denmark's oldest town Ribe with Cathedral, old town, Viking Center and museum and there is only 20 km to Billund with LEGOLAND®, LEGO®HOUSE, Lalandia and WOW Park and much more

A cleaning deposit of 450 to 650 DKK is required upon check-in. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if you choose to clean yourself and it gets approved.

Due to the currently high unpredictability of electricity prices, the final electricity price will be calculated on departure. Minimum Electricity/heating/water charges are 40 DKK per day. based on usage during your stay and will also be required upon check-in.

Please be aware that when booking 3 huts or more, other cancellation and deposit policies might apply. Also this property do not allow big groups.
