Details about the house: Holstvej 21 consists of two buildings with space for a total of 12 guests plus baby/babies. The main house welcomes you with a large and bright entrance hall, with a bathroom to the left and stairs to the first floor. From the entrance, you enter the fantastic open-plan kitchen and dining area as well as the living rooms, which truly form the heart of the house. From here, there is access to the large garden and terrace area, as well as a lovely additional living room with large windows – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view and your holiday. On the first floor of the main house, you’ll find an additional bathroom and three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds, as well as a landing and a walk-in closet. The main kitchen includes a dishwasher; the kitchen in the extension does not. The second building features an activity room with pool table, darts, and bar, as well as a kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom with a sofa bed for one person plus one single bed. On the first floor, there is a living room and two bedrooms with double beds. One of the rooms also includes a children’s bed suitable for children up to 10 years. There is underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first floor. In one of the ground-floor bathrooms in the main house, the towel warmer is used for heating. There is also a wood-burning stove in the open-plan kitchen area. Holstvej 21 is non-smoking, and youth groups are not permitted. Plenty of experiences and free access to an activity park: With a large garden and terrace area featuring a sandbox, swings, barbecue, and garden furniture – as well as comfortable living areas and the activity room – there are plenty of opportunities for fun, relaxation, and quality time right at the house.  Blokhus town and the impressive North Sea coastline are both within a radius of just 1,000 meters.
