宿泊施設の情報
Nestled in peaceful, scenic countryside with Skjoldungernes National Park as our closest neighbour, Kærgaard Bed & Breakfast offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature. Sit on your private terrace and enjoy the view of Roskilde Cathedral, watch fallow deer, roe deer and hares grazing in the fields, or simply settle in with a good book and let the quiet sink in.
If you are arriving without a car, it’s important to know that you can take bus 202A from Roskilde Station in the direction of Margrethehåb. However, the bus stop is located about 1 km from the B&B, and the road from there is a gravel path.
The area is ideal for relaxation as well as outdoor activities. Enjoy beautiful walking and hiking routes, go for a run or explore the surroundings by bike. You can wander through historic Roskilde, visit the Cathedral or the Viking Ship Museum, or head into Boserup Forest for biking adventures.
We are also direct neighbours to **Roskilde Golf Club**, making it easy to enjoy a round of golf just steps from your door.
If you’re looking for a stay where you can unwind — whether after a day of golfing, hiking, cycling, or sightseeing in Roskilde and the surrounding area — Kærgaard is the perfect place to rest and recharge.
Check‑in is normally between 15:00 and 18:00. If you wish to arrive at another time, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance.
周辺エリアの情報
When you drive on Margrethehåbsvej, take the first exit in the roundabout. After about 75 meters, turn left at the large stone marked 113, 115, 117. This is a gravel road. Follow it for approximately 900 meters until the road ends.
The road is narrow and can be uneven in places. In dry weather, we kindly ask you to drive slowly during the first 250 meters so the residents along the road are not disturbed by dust.
Please also be aware that deers often cross the gravel road.
