“Vom Haus ist es nicht weit zum Strand und zum Hundewald mit anschliessendem kleinen Tiergehege. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und es war alles vorhanden was man in einem Ferienhaus erwartet. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut.”

At Kattegat Strand Camping, we offer cozy and well-equipped cabins that combine comfort with a close-to-nature atmosphere. The cabins are located right next to one of Denmark’s best bathing beaches and are an ideal choice for guests looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The campsite offers a wide range of activities for both children and adults, including a heated swimming pool, indoor activity hall, animal park, trampoline area, as well as a restaurant and convenience store. All cabins feature a private bathroom, kitchenette, two terraces, WiFi, and sleeping space for up to 6 guests. Guests have free access to the campsite’s facilities during the season. The area is peaceful and family-friendly, with plenty of opportunities for beach trips, excursions, and outdoor experiences. Our cabins are perfect for couples and families who want a comfortable base close to nature and local attractions.
Kattegat Strand Camping is located in the scenic Himmerland region, close to the charming coastal town of Øster Hurup with its beach, harbour, and summer activities. Nearby, guests can visit Lille Vildmose, one of Denmark’s largest nature areas, known for its elk, birdlife, and walking trails.
