The Host, Lønstrup Turistforening, is an association with many facets. The main purpose of the Tourist Association is to run a tourist office that is open all year round, where you can get answers to questions big and small. In addition, Lønstrup Turistforening works to create events and traditions in Lønstrup. Lønstrup Turistforening is behind Sensommermagi at Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse in September and Lønstrup Sauna gus festival in August. Lønstrup Turistforening hosts the two apartments Klitrose and Havtorn as well as Lønstrup Iscafe, where you can enjoy an ice cream from Ryå Dairy.

Welcome to Klitrose and Havtorn, two apartments in the center of Lønstrup, which are rented out by Lønstrup Turistforening. Here you will stay in one of our two holiday apartments, built in 2026 and located in the middle of Lønstrup with only 400 meters to the beach and 2 km. to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse. Bicycles are available free of charge, so you can cycle to the nearby attractions. Each apartment has a separate terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sunshine. And after a dip in the North Sea, you can use the Lønstrup Tourist Association's sauna for free

Neighborhood info

Lønstrup is an old fishing village that has developed into a year-round tourist town. Lønstrup's distinctive feature is the beautiful and raw nature with the steep cliffs and the roaring North Sea. In and around the town you will find many artisans who are open all year round and where you can visit the workshops and see the handicrafts being created. The town has many small specialty shops and eateries, whether you are into gourmet food, pizza or open sandwiches. Close to Lønstrup you will find the attractions Mårup Church and Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse in the middle of Rubjerg Knude Dune.
