Newly renovated holiday home from 2023. Located just 300 meters away from the sea/water. The summer house offers three nice rooms as well as a kitchen/dining room and a cozy living room. From the living room you can open the large double doors and feel like part of the large garden that surrounds the cottage. Situated on an unobstructed plot, one can enjoy the privacy of the enclosed garden. When you are in the kitchen, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding fields. And not to forget, there is also a spacious driveway that can accommodate up to four cars. All in all, this cottage is the perfect retreat to enjoy sunny days by the water! 🌞🌊🏡 Note: Not for commercial rental. Rental only for holiday lets.
