Our project is more than just a farm, it's a living community, one where we're trying to turn back the clock to a time when more hands worked the land, when farms grew their own vegetables across a patchwork of smaller plots and different crops, and when there was simply more room for nature.
At Mols Food, we put that spirit into practice through regenerative growing, adding organic matter back into the soil and gradually building up its richness over time. We're passionate about healthy, nutrient-rich food grown responsibly, with real care for the climate and biodiversity, because our goal has always been to bring the land back to a healthier, more fertile state. We expect to receive our organic certification in August 2026.
Our project spans 4 hectares, including greenhouses where we grow vegetables, wine grapes, and berries, plus a further 6 hectares of fruit and nut orchard. A small team of staff and a dedicated group of volunteers work here day to day, bringing it all together as something greater than the sum of its parts.

Fall asleep to the wind rustling through the trees, birds singing, and the sea close by. Tucked into a green spot among hazel trees and berry bushes, surrounded by the old farm garden and orchard, Nøddehaven sits centrally on Mols, between the protected Isgaard estate and Mols Bjerge National Park. We have three tiny homes set up to give guests a great night's sleep in nature, with the beach at Begtrup Vig just a 500-metre walk away, past our berry, wine, and vegetable gardens. Whether you're looking for a simple camping spot for the family or a weekend escape from the city, we've got you covered.
Our tiny homes come furnished with beds, a table and chairs, and a small station for making tea and/or coffee. There is a shared outdoor tea kitchen, and extra cooking gear can be found under the beds. Charcoal for the grill is available to purchase. Firewood for the campfire is stored beneath the homes.

At the roadside stall on the property, you can pick up freshly harvested produce, honey, pickled goods and eggs. The nearest supermarket is less than 2 km away in Tved.
Begtrup Vig beach is well known for good fishing, with sea trout, mackerel, and garfish among the regular catches, and we hold almost a kilometre of shoreline along it, which our guests are welcome to use. The rolling landscape around Nøddehaven was shaped by the last Ice Age and has been protected since the 1950s as part of the Isgaard conservation area; the Isgaard manor house, about 2 km away, makes a lovely stop on a bike ride to Skødshoved, and the hiking and cycling trails of Mols Bjerge are just 5 km from the property.
Together, the three tiny homes sleep 10 guests in total. If you'd like to book all of Nøddehaven and pitch a few extra tents, get in touch with us to discuss options.
