The apartment is recently renovated in a charming old style with respect for the history of the townhouse. 3 floors with one room on each floor. Ground floor with kitchen and cozy dining area. Second floor is the living room with TV, sofa bed, games area as Well as bathroom. Third floor with large bedroom. You’ll find parking in the shoppingcenter 100 meters from the apartment against a fee. Towels and bed linen are included during your stay. A weekend bed and High chair Can Be provided upon request.
My name is Anders. I’m 46 years old and dad to 2 adult children. Qualified educator with over 20 years of experience. In my free time, I spend a lot of time with my family and I love playing padel, mountain biking and having a good glass of wine with friends.
The apartment is located in a charming pedestrian street with many townhouses and close by you’ll find the colorful street Helmerstald (Hjelmerstald). In the street you’ll find unique shops, winebars, bakery, cafés and shopping center. Nearby are Nordkraft, Skråen, Utzon center, House of Music (Musikkens Hus) and the cozy area around the waterfront.
