We are a couple, Erling and Karen Margrethe, who own and rent the house for a holiday home. We even live at the address Skovbakken 10 in Glyngøre, where we have a Bed & Breakfast.

The "Alléhuset" built in 1953 with renovation / extension in 2000 is centrally located in the village of Glyngøre on quiet residential street close to the park and beach. The park offers lake, playground and barbecue / campfire facilities. Exit to the cozy garden from the living room. Exterior stairs and living room in 2 levels. Entrance hall with access to toilet and to kitchen. Sittingroom. Garden room and double bedroom. Basement staircase containing distribution room for room with 3/4 bed (140 x 200 cm) and bunk bed (85 x 180 cm), toilet / bath with shower and available room with washing machine, clothesline and deep freezer. Ca. 200 m to the beach and 900 m to the pleasant harbor, fishing and marina, diving park, local museum and supermarket. 7 km to Jesperhus Flowers and Water Park and Nykøbing Mors. 1/2 hour drive to the North Sea.
