The garden is private and enclosed, and the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, ensuring magical tranquility. The house is 178 m² with 4 bedrooms and 7 beds. There are 3 dining areas: in the kitchen, living room and conservatory. The tables can be extended to seat up to 10 people. There is an electric car charging option with Type 2, 11 and 22 kWh. The house has fiber internet and Wi-Fi. The living room features a Chromecast TV: bring your login details (e. g., YouSee or your provider) to watch your usual shows. The kitchen has a small wood stove for warmth and coziness. The living room also has a pellet stove and a heat pump. Another heat pump is in the utility room, plus electric radiators.
