Skovhus med udsigten lies on small hill and has a beautiful view of the fields, Nissum Bredning (Limfjord) and the dunes of Agger Tange where the Northsea lies behind. The house itself is a nice family home with a big living room, dining area, sunroom, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and complete kitchen. There is also a room below the living room where you can do some yoga or just relax. The garden is large, and has different grassplanes where you can sit, ly down and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is a "forest"garden behind the house which is maintaned but in such a way nature decides how it looks. The trees are large and under the trees is plenty of room to sit or lie down and relax. There is also plenty of room to park 4 cars in front of the house. The carport has place for one car but next to it you can park 3 cars and on the grass in front of the parkingspace you can park a 5th car if you want to. There are stairs leading up to house, this makes the house not suitable for wheelchairs (sorry).

The area is quiet. The houses in the neighborhood are either permanently lived in or used as a vacation house. Close by for the artlovers, is the SMK, the Kunsthal and kunstcafeen Hurup. The sporty ones can go for hike or run in the forest which is directly acessible from the forestgarden. In the forest is also a shelterplace located with fireplace where everyone can make a fire and roast some sausages or marshmellows. You can go for a swim or (learn to) surf in Agger, fish near one of the piers in Agger Tange and Agger or in the Limfjord. If you want to have the best view of National Parjk Thy you should climb on top of the lighthouse, called Lodbjerg Fyr. It has the most spectaculair view over land and sea. And last but not least trol Ask fra Ashøj is sitting close to Hurup so pay him a visit, he will love it!
