Residens Svalhhøj er beliggende i en stor smuk og ugenert have. I haven er der mulighed for at nyde solen og lyden af den rislende å, der løber gennem haven. Foran huset står et fredet oldtidsminde, den imponerende Brogårdsrunesten, der er den største runesten fundet på Bornholm.
Der er adgang til fælles køkken med god spiseplads, opholdsrum og badeværelse. I køkkenet er der alt hvad der skal bruges incl. opvaskemaskine.
Parkering er muligt foran huset.
Residens Svalhøj ligger 1,5 km udenfor Hasle, hvor der er gode handlemuligheder ligesom der kun er 1,5 km til dejlig sandstrand.
Bussen til Rønne og Allinge kører lige udenfor, hvor det er muligt at stå på og af.
