Bedroom The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (210x210 cm), made up with crisp white linen from a professional laundry service. Towels for the bathroom are, of course, included. Kitchen The functional kitchen comes equipped with a cooker, fridge-freezer, and a small dining area – perfect for enjoying company while cooking. Living Room and Lounge Area The living room offers a cosy sofa, a charming reading nook, and beautiful views over the lively main square. The sofa can be converted into a double bed (160x200 cm), and the reading nook can also be used as a single bed (80x200 cm). Rooftop Terrace with Panoramic Views Accessed via the stairwell, the shared rooftop terrace – likely the highest in town – boasts impressive 360-degree views over Svendborg’s rooftops. You can see the harbour, the Svendborg Sound, and even the island of Tåsinge in the distance. The terrace is shared with the building’s other residents and used with mutual consideration. Practical Information There is no elevator. Standard cleaning is included in the price of your stay. In the event of damage or the need for extra cleaning or tidying, an additional fee will apply.
