VillaVilla is a Danish agency that has specialised in renting out large holiday homes in Denmark, Sweden and northern Germany since 2003. Today, we rent out more than 500 large holiday homes – so large that we call them Sammenhuse™️. They can accommodate 10–40 people and feature a pool or spa, activity rooms and large common areas where family, friends or colleagues can get together. We make it easy to get together – whether it's for a holiday, birthday or company outing. Our local VillaVilla hosts welcome guests, introduce them to the house and are available throughout their stay.

This charming summer house in Grenå Strand, East Jutland, Denmark, offers a delightful holiday experience for up to 26 people. The property is located near a child-friendly beach on the Kattegat, just 1200 meters away. The house features a 23 m2 indoor swimming pool with a water slide, counter-current system, and Roman steps for easy access. A whirlpool and sauna are also available for relaxation. The house also boasts an activity room filled with games such as billiards, table tennis, darts, and table football, along with a corner bar and a TV area with a PlayStation 4. The living space is cozy with a wood-burning stove, and the kitchen is well-equipped with two of each essential appliance and ample fridge/freezer space. The property has ten double bedrooms divided across three separate areas, allowing some guests to sleep undisturbed while others stay up. Additional sleeping spaces are available in two lofts in the activity room. The house has four bathrooms and access to two terraces from the kitchen/living space, one of which is partially covered and equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ. For younger guests, a sandbox and swing set are available. The property also features a large, lockable bicycle shed that can accommodate up to 23 bicycles, making it an ideal choice for cycling enthusiasts or clubs. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
