VillaVilla is a Danish agency that has specialised in renting out large holiday homes in Denmark, Sweden and northern Germany since 2003. Today, we rent out more than 500 large holiday homes – so large that we call them Sammenhuse™️. They can accommodate 10–40 people and feature a pool or spa, activity rooms and large common areas where family, friends or colleagues can get together. We make it easy to get together – whether it's for a holiday, birthday or company outing. Looking for a spacious summer house for your family vacation? Summer house no. 446, located near Grenå Strand, Djursland, might be the perfect fit. It accommodates up to 30 people and offers a variety of activities for all ages, regardless of the weather. The house features a games room equipped with table tennis, billiards, table football, darts, and game consoles, along with a bar for refreshments. For relaxation, there\\'s a wellness area with a whirlpool, sauna, and a 23 m2 indoor swimming pool with Roman steps, a water slide, and a counter-current system. The heart of the house is a combined kitchen/living space with a dining table for 30 people and a cozy sofa area. The kitchen is well-equipped with two ovens, cookers, sinks, dishwashers, and ample fridge space. The house offers twelve double bedrooms, spread across four areas, each with a bathroom. Additional sleeping space is available in two lofts, accessed through the activity room. The house also provides two high chairs and cots, and an extra bathroom in the pool room, totaling five bathrooms. Outside, there\\'s a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, a garden for the kids to play, and a sandbox. The house also welcomes up to three pets. The outdoor area includes a play area and a multi-purpose court, shared with the neighboring house. The court features an astroturf pitch for various sports, and the play area has benches for spectators. The garden also houses an in-ground trampoline. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
