Short stroll to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. A great floor plan consisting of a living room with large dining room and open kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. + BBQ on the rooftop and small gym on the premises. Gated Community Security Guard 24/7. Important Information, This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 350 is required on arrival.
