On 2015, Carlos at 17 years old, began working with his dad on the family’s small business. Eager to help, he got a new idea: to help his parents manage their vacation property in Juan Dolio, in order to provide additional income for his family.
Inspired by his engineering classes at college, Carlos always knew that the most important thing was great properties, always inspected before the arrival of the guests, and with the best cleanliness possible. Along this path, the most difficult thing has been working with contractors & property owners who do not share our vision of hospitality and what it means to have an excellent vacation.
Despite the challenges, Bellamar has successfully become the #1 vacation rental company in the DR, with a fully staff office in Juan Dolio and more than 3000+ reservations per year.

Marbella Juan Dolio is a beachfront condominium located in Juan Dolio Boulevard. It contains a beach restaurant, two infinity pools with jacuzzi and kids pool, Playground, Bar and 24/7 Reception.
