Studios are centrally located in Ensanche Ozama, nearby colmados, supermarket, banks, ATMs, restaurants, pharmacies, barbers and beauty salons. There is quick and easy access to public transportation and affordable taxi options in the area. There is permanent water and emergency lighting. The colonial zone is only 7 minutes away, and beaches are 20 minutes away.

Stores, restaurants and banks are all within walking distance. We are only 7 minutes from the Colonial Zone, 10 from large shopping malls, and 20 from beaches.
