Property info

Our neighborhood in the Zona Colonial is full of life. We are located just two blocks from the Caribbean ocean and also close to Calle El Conde, the only pedestrian zone in the country! Here, you find all the tasty foods, impressive art galeries, souvenir shops, happening bars and trendy boutiques. In Calle Conde you can drink, eat and watch people dance, play chess, sing or just walk around hand in hand. All major museums are close as well. So is Plaza España with the best restaurants in Zona Colonial. The old Cathedral is less than 10 walking distance. Famous Dominican coffee is served at the Corner Café right in our hotel all day. There is free street parking right in front of our property. Paseo Colonial is a tranquil paradise in vibrating Zona Colonial. You can enjoy a relaxing swim at our beautiful outdoor pool and then fall asleep being swept away by the soothing, tranquil sound of our water fountain. The Airport Las Americas is 20 minutes by car. Caution & Disclaimer: this apartment is located on the street side. Your stay could be impacted by street noise!
