SantoriniRD is a bright 65 m² apartment with an approximately 9 m² private terrace overlooking the large artificial beach-style lagoon at The Beach at City Place. Located on the fourth floor of Building 6 with elevator access, it offers a queen bedroom, a full-size sofa bed, two full bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, two air conditioners, 150 Mbps Wi-Fi and two TVs with Netflix. The apartment accommodates up to four registered guests and includes free on-site parking, 24-hour security and self check-in after the required guest registration. The lagoon is artificial and forms part of the common areas; it is not a natural ocean beach or a conventional swimming pool. A car, taxi or Uber is recommended for natural beaches, supermarkets and other attractions. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Parties, smoking, pets and unregistered visitors are not allowed.
