Guests enjoy the villa's resort-style spaces: a sparkling outdoor pool with hydro-jets and sun loungers, a fully equipped indoor chef's kitchen, an open-air lounge and outdoor kitchen, a traditional brick oven for pizza and barbecue nights, a games room with a professional pool table, indoor and outdoor seating areas, balconies with garden and mountain views, and a leafy yard with a swing set and fruit trees, fresh coconuts included. A daily Dominican breakfast can be arranged and served at the outdoor kitchen: local coffee, tropical fruit, eggs to order, and juice. I built this home to share the best of Bonao: its mountains, rivers, food, and people. I love cooking in the brick oven, a good game of pool, and helping guests plan adventures around the Cordillera Central. Make yourself at home: swim, play, relax, and ask me anything.

Bonao sits in the green center of the Dominican Republic, about an hour from both Santo Domingo and Santiago, which makes it an easy first or last stop on any island trip. The area is loved for its rivers and mountains: swim at the Salto de Jima waterfalls, cool off in the Rio Yuna, hike or drive into the Cordillera Central, or visit the famous Casa Museo Cristian Tiburcio. Horseback riding and countryside tours can be arranged nearby, just ask your host. In town you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and great local restaurants serving Dominican classics.
