Each floor features two bedrooms: one with a queen bed, closet, and AC, and another with a full and twin bed, AC, and a small vanity desk. Both floors have a full bathroom with hot water for your comfort. Inside, you’ll find a game area with a pool table, board games, and a TV – perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need plus a water bottle dispenser. There are no fans in the house, but each room (and the living room) has air conditioning. The villa offers Starlink Wi-Fi and an inverter system that powers the home during outages (excluding ACs), making it ideal for remote work or content creation.
