The villa is situated on a hilltop and offers panoramic views of Cosón Bay and the surrounding countryside. It is part of a complex of seven villas, each detached and completely private. It enjoys a prime beachfront location, with no other houses directly opposite. A truly welcoming and intimate setting. You will appreciate my property for its views, location, and tranquility. Perfect for couples and families. The 170 m² villa features an infinity pool with exceptional views, three bedrooms (sleeping six), two bathrooms, two toilets, a living-dining room, a kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooking the pool, a tropical garden, and enclosed parking. All rooms offer stunning views of the ocean and the hills. Located in a discreet residential complex, it is just five minutes from the village and 800 meters from Cosón Beach. NEW: Two bedrooms with air conditioning. The third will be available soon (please inquire). The house and pool are completely private and not shared. A separate studio apartment is available for rent nearby if your party is larger than 6 people. Electricity consumption is billed at the end of your stay, after the meter has been read. A 20% PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED AFTER BOOKING.
