In less than 1 minute you are in the sea, in less than 15 seconds in the swimming pool right in front of this beautiful spacious ground floor apartment. Green hills of Esmeraldas on one side, the turquoise waters of the Pacific Ocean on the other. With high speed internet and very few people, this is a great place to relax, away from the crowds. 5 minutes walk along the beach to the holiday town of Casa Blanca. 1 minute walk into the local village where we have a variety of restaurants, shops.

Small village of Same with several shops and restaurants of all prices. Fishing village of Tonchigue within 15 minute walk or 5 minutes drive where you can find all kinds of shops -and a seafood market.
