Located just one block and a half from the Beach, this 2 BR/ and a command area and a 1- 1/2 Bathroom condo is ideal for a quiet beach retreat. Air condition for those hot days, Enjoy your private ground floor patio -, an open floor plan, The bright and spacious great room features a comfortable living area with ample seating and a TV. The dining area offers seating for 4 around the dining table, as well as additional seats at the front entrance. The balcony apartment have 2 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom, living, Dinning and Kitchen, they are all full equipped.
Born in Ecuador and lived in California for over 43 year, and now moved Back to Ecuador.
Welcome to my building. A condo ideal for families who want to be close nearby, a couples looking for a romantic getaway, or a travelers who need to be close to downtown Playas General Villamil. close to the Bus terminal to Guayaquil, Shopping mall, downtown shopping, local market, and other local buses.
