Carlota Sustainable Design Hotel is a design hotel that offers Eco-friendly accommodations in the historical Center of Quito. Guests of the hotel can enjoy a 360-terrace view of the city from the lounge or taste the urban cuisine of the hotel’s Bistro Restaurant. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Each uniquely contemporary decorated room at Carlota Sustainable Design Hotel features a bed fitted with organic hypoallergenic Alpaca duvets and pillows, custom made chairs and a private bathroom with a shower. All rooms have natural lighting and high ceilings. Carlota Sustainable Design Hotel's eco-friendly installations feature a system that cleans and reuses 70 percent of the water consumed in the property, and 30 percent of the energy used by the Hotel comes from solar power. Other facilities include a reading salon and a wine cellar where guests can schedule a wine tasting. Complimentary tea hour is held from 15:00 to 18:00 everyday. Carlota Sustainable Design Hotel is 100 meters from Plaza Grande and 210 meters from the Metropolitan Cathedral while Basilica del Voto Nacional is 600 meters away.
