Direct access to the beach. Between the house and the sea is no road, the promenade, restaurants, stalls and other obstacles. Beautiful sea view from the windows and balconies of apartments. Nearby there is a reef spot for surfing.

Place is perfect for a relaxing or active holiday on the shores of the ocean. Nature lovers can watch from the balcony of his apartment in the immediate vicinity, as dive for their prey to many sea birds - pelicans, frigate birds, blue booby, etc.
