A one-bedroom apartment (40 sq.m) is located on the 7th floor, offering a panoramic view of the city. The apartment is perfect for both short-term and long-term stays and is equipped with all necessary household appliances and utensils. The living room features a large SmartTV (Youtube, Netflix). The apartment has fast WiFi network. Contactless check-in and check-out. For guest accommodation, the apartment includes a double sofa bed and an additional single folding bed (185cm). A folding baby crib with side rails is also available.
Within walking distance, there is a large grocery store chain "Prisma", the shopping center "Astri", a park with playgrounds, and a bus stop, providing easy access to any part of the city. For those who enjoy an active lifestyle, the "Äkkeküla" is perfect, offering opportunities to ski, walk along the health trail, engage in sports, or simply spend time outdoors. This is an excellent opportunity for a carefree holiday. Parking is available in the backyard of the building. For added security, there is a surveillance camera on floor.
