Jaani Accommodation is a peaceful and family-friendly place to stay in Pärnu, located in a quiet residential area near the Pärnu River. Guests have access to the second floor of a private house with spacious rooms, two terraces, a large private garden and a beautiful yard. During the summer season (June–August), guests can enjoy the outdoor pool and barbecue facilities. Guests can also use a spacious barbecue table with a stove, accommodating up to 8 people, making shared dinners comfortable directly next to the grill.
The hedge-surrounded garden offers privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. There is also a cozy pavilion in the garden where guests can enjoy morning coffee and birdsong. Guests also have access to a traditional Finnish sauna.
Free parking is available both in the yard and on the street. Pärnu Beach is approximately a 20-minute walk away, while the nearest grocery store is about 500 meters from the accommodation. Nearby attractions include Pärnu Yacht Club and the popular Jaansoni walking and cycling trail.
On-site up to 22 kW Type 2 EV charging is available for guests. Solar-powered EV charging together with free parking makes the accommodation ideal for family holidays and longer stays. Guests staying 5 nights or longer receive one complimentary charging session.
