Secure parking is available in the courtyard. Arriving by boat is also an option. Accommodation Pärnu River Villa is a small residence with two bedrooms, completed in 2021. The 45 m² house features an open-plan kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a shower room-toilet, a sauna, and a glazed terrace (18 m²). One bedroom has a double bed 1.4 m wide, the other two beds each 80 cm wide. The living room has a fold-out sofa for two. Quilts, pillows, bed linens, and towels are included for guests. Above the bedrooms, there is an attic accessible via a pull-out ladder. The kitchen includes basic utensils for cooking, dishes, and glasses. Appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster are available. Coffee beans, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper are provided. The open-plan kitchen-living room has air conditioning. The shower room includes a washing machine and shower gel. A hairdryer can be found in the cupboard. The sauna features an electric heater and a window overlooking the Pärnu River. Under the sauna window is a hot tub with lighting and air bubbles, available by agreement and for an extra charge (90e/per stay). Additional charges apply for SUP board rentals (30e/pcs). Adjacent to the house is a shelter for staying cool on hot summer days. A fire pit and gas grill are available. Guest Access Guests have access to Pärnu River Villa via a gate at the end of Karukella Street, where cars can also be parked. Guests can use the small house, its surroundings and the boat dock.
