This magnificent merchant’s house complex with a history of nearly 322 years is considered one of the city’s oldest remaining Swedish-era buildings. With its grand architecture, beauty, and elegance, it reflects the timeless charm and refined aesthetics of past centuries. The fully renovated apartment, completed in August 2017, is located on the ground floor of the building. It features a sunny terrace and a private courtyard, perfect for enjoying idyllic summer evenings in the atmosphere of Pärnu’s Old Town. The location is excellent – all major attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops of the Old Town are just a few minutes’ walk away. This apartment is an ideal choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in the heart of Pärnu. Please note that there is no private parking space in the courtyard. Street parking is available if needed. Street parking is paid Mon–Sat from 8:00 to 19:00 (10 eur / day). Free parking is available after 19:00 on Saturdays and all day on Sundays.
