Historical house in Kuninga street (King's Street) was built in 1900 and fully renovated in 2016. The 2-bedroom apartment has a spacious living room with a big sofa-bed, TV with cable channels. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and oven. Bathroom with all in one washer dryer machine. Ideal for families with children. Everything you need within a walking distance: shopping malls, cinema, cafes, game rooms, restaurants, nightclubs, water park, spas etc. Area of paid parking in front of the house: You can park one car in the yard of the house - there is one parking space available for this apartment. Other cars can be parked outside in front of the house where there is a Paid parking area on working days from 8:00 to 18:00, 5 euro/per day, 1 hour free of charge. Weekends are free of charge.

Melorell Apartments are close to restaurants, dining, art and culture, nightclubs, and the beach (10 minutes walk). Cool places to go in Pärnu: Valgeranna Adventure Park, Audru Golf, White Beach Golf, Lottemaa Theme Park - Lottemaa, the largest theme park in the Baltics, is located six kilometres from Pärnu. The theme park located in a lovely forest by the sea is actually the village of Gadgetville familiar from Lotte movies, musicals, and books. There are more than a hundred attractions, thematic houses, delicious dishes, souvenir shops and a beach waiting to be discovered. There is enough to be discovered and invented as well as incredibly exciting adventures for the entire family to fill an entire day.
