Our complex includes two adjacent houses located close to Pärnu Beach, at addresses Karusselli 46 and Karusselli 44. We provide various accommodation options, including three apartments and (starting from the summer of 2025) double rooms.

We are located just a 5-minute walk from Pärnu Beach and a 15-minute walk from the city center. Our two historical houses offer a total of 3 guest apartments and 4 double rooms. 🏡The guest apartments offer a pleasant opportunity to spend a vacation with family and/or friends. All of our apartments feature a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a wide bed, and a sofa bed that comfortably accommodates two adults. All apartments have a wood-burning fireplace and air conditioning. Enjoy romantic evenings by the fireplace and stay cool during the summer heat. Some apartments offer the option to add extra bed, and well-behaved pets are allowed in one of the guest apartments. 🏡The double rooms were completed in 2025 and are an excellent choice for couples and business travelers looking for a private and stylish stopover in the heart of the city. All rooms include a private bathroom, a large writing desk, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee machine. Free parking and free, high-speed internet connection are available to house guests.
