Tha saunahouse is located very separately next to the forest and on the shore of the swimming pond. It has a separate entrance and a parking space. The terrace of the house also overlooks the large garden. The main building of the Mokko Country Hotel is nearby but guests of this house enjoy complete privacy from other visitors.

The hosts love untouched nature and that is why they chose such a place as his place of residence after living and working in the capital.

The house is located near Mokko Country Hotel, there are no other neighbors nearby. The nearest village with a store, church and Estonia's only school-museum is 2 km away. The house is next to the forest but the pasture with its horses stretches the way to the road (700 meters). Everything you need is close by, but guests may not see any soul at their own house. The nearest town with 5 shopping centers is 15 km away. The university town of Tartu is a 45-minute drive away
