Here you can see the restored 17th-century Narva Town Hall, built between 1668 and 1671, as well as the modern building of Narva College of the University of Tartu, constructed on the site of the former city stock exchange. The preserved cellars and underground passages of the old exchange have been restored, and today guests can visit them on a guided tour, as well as enjoy exhibitions, concerts, and other cultural events.
