Hello, my name is Viktoria. Hosting guests has been my passion since 2017, alongside my main profession. I’m a trained engineer and accountant, and in my free time I enjoy aerial acrobatics, singing, reading — and, of course, traveling. Seedri Breakwater Residence is located in a uniquely designed, award-winning apartment building in the heart of Pärnu – Estonia’s beloved summer capital. Everything is ready for you to start enjoying your stay immediately. The apartment combines thoughtful design with carefully selected details to create a perfect living environment. Comfort is enhanced by underfloor heating, a central climate system that ensures a pleasant temperature year-round, and high ceilings that create a sense of space and light. The apartment features two French balconies, offering fresh air – there is no traditional balcony. Security is ensured by a video intercom system, surveillance cameras in the building and on the premises (a camera at the main entrance, a camera in the lobby, and two cameras in the garage), while maintaining complete privacy inside the apartment. The apartment also features a reinforced security entrance door. For guests’ convenience, there is a glass elevator offering beautiful views of the unique inner courtyard. The apartment is equipped with all essential amenities, but please note that there is no microwave – food can be heated using other kitchen appliances if needed.

If you enjoy an active lifestyle, you’ll find plenty of options nearby. Right next door is the Tervis Spa Hotel, offering relaxing treatments and wellness services. Within a short walking distance, you’ll find Pärnu city centre tennis courts, the marina, museums, Endla Theatre, and several renowned restaurants. The internationally recognized Pärnu Beach and the scenic pier are also just a stroll away. For golf enthusiasts, the 18-hole White Beach Golf and Pärnu Bay Golf Links courses are about a 20-minute drive from the property.
