Designed from the ground up for large group stays, it sleeps up to 20 guests across six individually furnished bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with event capacity for up to 50 people inside in themain hall. A natural choice for summer celebrations, company retreats, milestone birthdays, and family reunions that need genuine space, privacy, and a setting with real character. > The property sits directly on the river shore, surrounded by Estonian wilderness, open meadows, and the kind of quiet that is increasingly rare. There are no distractions, no city noise, and no reason to leave. > At the heart of any stay here is the traditional smoke sauna. One of Estonia's oldest and most valued cultural traditions, a smoke sauna cannot be rushed. It is heated for 8 hours, producing a soft, enveloping heat unlike anything a modern sauna delivers. After the sauna, guests cool down by the river, under open sky, in the way Estonians have done for centuries. It is the kind of experience people travel specifically to find. The smoke sauna is available as an add-on and must be booked in advance, as preparation takes many hours. > The main building offers a grand fireplace hall with a long communal dining table or a dance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered riverside terrace, dedicated workspace, river and garden views, private river beach access, and free parking on the premises.
