Villa is made out of recycled materials from Tallinn University, Tallinn Old Town, Estonian Bank and many other building. -HOUSE RULES- The house will be yours according to amount of people on reservation. Bedrooms can be chosen when booking for more than 6 people. Changing bedrooms when there are less than 6 people is a paid service. For every guest there will be only one sleeping spot. When guests don't follow the house rules, the owner will have rights to not give out the house nor refund the money.
