The cozy and spacious Villa is situated in a small and closed street, so you can enjoy a full privacy in the middle of the city. The Old town is just a 10 minutes to walk away. Grocery store is very close to shop for the food to grill in the evening. If you want to enjoy the pub food and cold beer, Alexandri Pub is basically just around the corner. If you want to enjoy the walk by the riverside, then take the 2 bridges walk in Jaansoni rada. Villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor you'll find the open kitchen with everything you need to make a delicious food, living room, toilet, sauna and one bedroom with queen size bed. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms - one with king size bed and wardrobe, second bedroom with queen size bed and cupboard for your clothes. To these rooms you can add a foldable bed for kids. The 7th quest can sleep on a sofa bed. Also we have a bathroom with toilet and bath. We are extra proud of our garden, where you have 3 patios and hot tub. One patio is connected to the house with the roof, so you can enjoy your time outside even when it's raining. The second one is in the garden with almost all day long sun. The third patio has a dome.
